The New Spring Pants: Your Work Staple, Plain & Simple

A contemporary fit, flat front cotton twill pant has become an office staple, whether you work somewhere where the dress code is business casual all week or just on Fridays. As an alternative to the contemporary fit we just showed you, Tommy Bahama offers a classic fit flat front chino that is just as good looking – but made for the gent that likes a bit of a looser fit and easier rise. The premium pima cotton is soft and lightweight, so they’ll hold up to a long day at the office. Our top color pick – and there are many to choose from the ‘shop it’ button – is this Greek olive color. It is a darker neutral that works with a navy blazer and any tan, olive and charcoal pattern sport coats. Slim is a slightly easier, but still contemporary fit. And if you prefer a more classic fit, go for the Straight fit. They offer a plethora of great colors, but the Savannah Khaki color is our top pick. It’s an easy neutral that goes with most everything in your closet.
