Blues: from mellow placid blues to deeper radiant versions, they are everywhere this summer. And, aren’t we lucky? Blue is a color that compliments many skin tones and hair colors. This past fall, we saw a lot of vibrant, cobalt blue. Now, that hue continues, and also ranges in shades from soft and easy to the deepest blues of the ocean. And blue goes with everything. It works beautifully with many of this season’s pastels – think soft pinks and minty greens – and also bolder shades, like coral. For a more minimalist color palette, pair any of these shades of blues with black and/or white, taupes, greys, and denim blue.
