This is the time of year when retailers mark down their seasonal inventory to make room for all the new fall products that they are bringing in. We know…who’s thinking about buying fall clothes, when we just got into summer? To be honest, some of us are already VERY excited about getting our hands on some new sweaters. But, we understand that not everyone feels that way yet. So, let’s talk about some of our favorite sale picks this week.
As retailers, we know things often end up in the “sale bin” at the end of the season because a style didn’t sell as well as expected. Some of that stuff is on sale for a reason – maybe the fit wasn’t great, maybe it represented a trend that didn’t catch on. But some of it just needs to be cleared out to make room for the new stuff. And it’s within that latter grouping that we start looking. We think the “right” way to shop sale is to dig out the timeless finds.
A product makes our lists this week because it’s such a great wear-now piece that we think you’ll love it for summers to come. Or, maybe it’s something that will transition into fall easily, so it’s the perfect investment. And, yes, they are great “deals”. Whatever the reason though, know that sale stuff goes fast.
